Rapper Cardi B Indicted On Felony Charges

American Rapper Cardi B has been indicted by a grand jury in connection with an alleged attack at a Queens, New York strip club in August 2018.
According to news reports, the indictment includes two felony counts of intent to cause serious physical injury, as well as six additional misdemeanours and violations. The indictment includes the previous charges of misdemeanour assault and reckless endangerment.
The grand jury returned its indictment after Cardi B rejected a plea deal back in April. Court records indicate that Cardi B is due in court on  June 25 for arraignment.
The alleged incident involves two bartenders at Angels Strip Club who claim that Cardi B ordered her associates to attack them with bottles and chairs.
In a statement to The Associated Press, Cardi’s attorney said that he is “aware of no evidence” that Cardi “caused anybody any harm.”
